Procurement & Fraud Workshop

As the funds available to schools reduce, it is even more important to make correct procurement decisions to ensure best value.  The first part of the Procurement & Fraud Workshop aims to share ground rules and give tips on ensuring that there are sound controls in the procurement process.

In the second part of the session, we will share what can happen when adequate financial controls are not in place.  We will also make suggestions for how you can avoid the pitfalls.
