Herts for Learning AGMThe Herts for Learning (HfL) Annual General Meeting (AGM) provides a valuable opportunity for shareholders to share their views and communicate with our Board of Directors. All headteachers and chairs of governors from shareholding schools are invited to attend this meeting. If you are unable to attend yourself, you are welcome to nominate a representative to attend in your place.

Are You satisfied with HfL – Urgent DeadlineThe 2019 HfL Shareholder Satisfaction survey to Hertfordshire Chairs is now available to complete online with a deadline of 24th May!
As you may be aware, HfL sent details of the survey out to the Chairs of the 520 shareholding schools on 1st May 2019 and the HfL governance team have since been following up with Chairs since to encourage engagement. GovernorHubHfL’s Governance Services (HfL-GS) have changed the database used by governors’ clerks and Governance Services. The database retains information, input by your clerk, of individual governors and governing boards including address, contact number, email address, the category of governor, term of office, constitution, etc.

HASG Summer Update 2017As previously advertised, the Summer Update for Heads and Governors, which was arranged by the HASG, took place on 21st June. The briefing covered several topics and was lead by Marcus Cooper the Senior Education Manager in Hertfordshire. (Who we learned was moving on to pastures new at the end of term).
